Changed your mind?

We pack orders quickly, so timing matters. Email hello@lv1nutrition.com with your order number and the subject "CANCEL" as soon as possible.

Before dispatch: we cancel the order and refund you in full, no questions asked.
After dispatch: the parcel is already with the carrier and cannot be recalled, but you are still fully covered: simply follow our Refund Policy when it arrives and return it under the 90-day promise.

Changing an order

Want to change an item, quantity or delivery address instead of cancelling? Email us right away and if it has not been dispatched we will sort it.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights, including the EU/UK 14-day right of withdrawal where applicable.
