Where we ship
Worldwide. If your country is available at checkout, we deliver to it.
How long it takes
- Packing: every order is carefully packed within 1 to 3 business days of being placed.
- Delivery: once dispatched, delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days depending on your location.
- Tracking: you receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. During launches or holiday periods, packing can take slightly longer; we will always tell you on the site if so.
Shipping costs
Calculated at checkout based on your destination. Free shipping promotions, when running, are shown on the product page and applied automatically.
Customs, duties and taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or fees levied by the destination country. These are determined by your local customs authority and are the customer's responsibility. We cannot predict or control them, and they are not included in our prices or shipping charges.
Wrong address?
Contact us at hello@lv1nutrition.com immediately. We can usually correct an address before dispatch, but not after the parcel has shipped.
Lost or delayed parcels
If your tracking has not moved for more than 4 business days, or your order has not arrived within 15 business days of dispatch, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier and make it right, with a replacement or refund where a parcel is confirmed lost.
