Refund Policy

Our 90-day money-back promise

Use LV1 for up to 90 days from delivery. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you can return your order for a full refund of the product price, even if the pouch is opened. We keep it simple because we stand behind the formula.

How to start a return

• Step 1: contact us first. Email hello@lv1nutrition.com with your order number. This is essential, our returns address must be provided by our team, and returns sent to any other address cannot be processed.
• Step 2: we reply within 1 business day with your returns address and simple instructions.
• Step 3: post the item back. We recommend a tracked service; return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
• Step 4: once received, we process your refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

Email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund you in full, including any postage, no return needed in most cases.

Your statutory rights

Our 90-day promise sits on top of, and never replaces, your statutory rights. If you are in the EU or UK you additionally have a 14-day right of withdrawal from delivery; customers elsewhere retain all rights granted by their local consumer law.
