Fascia is the connective layer that sits between your skin and your muscle.
It runs through you as one unbroken sheet, wrapping every muscle, every joint and every nerve. Full of water it is clear and stretchy. Dried out it thickens and draws tight.

For a long stretch, fascia was treated as packing. It was the layer a surgeon moved aside to reach whatever was underneath, and almost nobody asked what happens when it dries out. That is finally shifting.
Standard. Two capsules once a day, morning or evening, with food or without. One pouch covers 30 days.
Heavier. Two capsules in the morning and two at night. Some people get on better this way. A pouch then lasts 15 days, so the 2 Pack carries a full month.
Start on the standard dose. You can move up whenever you like.
Being steady is what counts. Fascia takes water back on gradually rather than all at once, so daily use is what builds the result.
Nine actives, nothing else doing the work.

Reviews from customers who came to Fascial Release after years of stiffness, daily aching and treatments that went nowhere.

Two years of physical therapy that helped for about four hours after each appointment. The band across my shoulders was the first thing to let go, about week five.

For the better part of a year I was the grandfather who watched. I get down on the floor with my grandsons now, and I get back up on my own.

Threw my back out in my mid thirties lifting a kayak onto a roof rack. Twelve years of working around it. I am not working around it any more.

I started this for the pain and the stiffness. The thing I noticed first was my head clearing, which I was not expecting at all.

I am not an easy sell and I gave it the full ninety days on purpose. Week seven was when I stopped bracing before I stood up.

It took longer for me than the reviews had led me to expect. But it did come, and at sixty six I am not precious about waiting for something that works.

Over the years your fascia, the connective web that wraps every muscle, nerve and organ, dries out, stiffens and knits itself together. Instead of gliding it grips, squeezes and pulls. Ache, stiffness and fatigue follow.

Our formula hands dried, bound fascia exactly what it needs to let go, and it was built on years of work into fascial health and the way connective tissue rebuilds itself.

The blend is built to draw water back into your fascia from the inside, soften the fibrous knots that have it locked shut, and top the fluid back up so that every layer can glide over the next again instead of dragging against the muscle and the nerve that it wraps around.

With fascia rehydrated and moving, your body starts to work the way it was built to. Muscle travels its full length, nerves stop being squeezed, and the tension, stiffness and ache stacked up over years begins to ease.
A rough guide to what tends to happen. How far along you are and how steady you stay with it will move these dates.
You are topping the tissue back up. Most people feel very little in this stretch and that is exactly right. Your body is taking on what it needs to start softening knots and pulling water back into the fascia. Keep going. The work has already begun.
This is the point where people start to clock it. Moving costs less. A stretch actually goes somewhere. The everyday tightness you had stopped noticing begins to quieten. Those first small wins say the knots are letting go and the fascia is sliding again.
The bigger changes settle in. People remark that you carry yourself differently. Jobs that used to take a run up feel ordinary again. You sleep heavier, move looser and bounce back quicker. The tissue is laying down healthy wet fascia and it starts to show.
For anyone who has carried this a long time, this is where it turns over. The fascia has rebuilt. Your nervous system has settled around tissue that genuinely moves. What used to be an effort, reaching, bending, being comfortable in your own body, now just is. For most people it stays.

150mg
Pulls water into the fascial matrix and holds it there. This is the molecule that lets one layer glide over the next, and the supply falls away with age and strain until the tissue dries out and thickens. Putting it back restores the water content the layer needs to stay pliable.

100mg
Hands the body silica in a form it can actually take up. Silica is what collagen needs to cross link properly, so it works as raw material for the stable architecture fascia is built from. Without it the scaffold your connective tissue relies on never sets the way it should.

100mg
Works alongside the pine bark to hold collagen structure together. Proanthocyanidins bind onto collagen fibres and shield them from the enzymes that break them down, which keeps fascia resilient and able to hold hydration instead of stiffening into dense, gritty tissue that pulls on everything around it.

50mg
A concentrated source of proanthocyanidins, antioxidants that protect collagen and elastin fibres from breaking down. They also support healthy circulation through the small vessels feeding connective tissue, so water and nutrients reach the deeper fascial layers where the drying and the binding actually starts.

100mg
Supports collagen production and the steady turnover of healthy connective tissue. Gotu kola has been used for tissue repair for centuries, and current research points at the same thing, the collagen framework that fascia leans on for its strength and its ability to move.

40,000 SPU
A proteolytic enzyme that clears the excess protein building up inside densified fascia. It is absorbed into the bloodstream and works right through the body rather than in one spot, loosening compressed tissue so water can get back in and the layers can start sliding again.

130mg
Standardised boswellic acids quiet the low grade irritation that keeps fascia tight and reactive. Turn that signalling down inside connective tissue and the layer can decompress, letting it travel freely over the muscle and nerve it wraps instead of gripping and pulling with every movement.

3mg
A trace mineral behind connective tissue strength that helps the body hold on to the minerals collagen is built from. It also supports a settled inflammatory balance in the joints and the fascia wrapped around them, which is where most of the daily aching gets felt.

2mg
An essential cofactor for the enzymes that produce collagen and glycosaminoglycans, the structural and water binding parts of fascia. Run short on manganese and connective tissue simply cannot form properly, no matter how much of everything else you give it.
How the tissue rebuilds, how long it takes and what to expect along the way.
It puts back what your fascia has run short of.
Four things keep the layer wet and mobile: high molecular weight hyaluronic acid to hold water in the tissue, silica in a form the body can absorb to keep the structure sound, an enzyme to clear the build up, and a botanical blend that helps the actives reach the deeper layers.
Run low on those, whether through age, illness, injury, a hormonal shift or simple wear, and the fascia dries out and starts pressing on the nerve and muscle it wraps. This tops the supply back up so the tissue can take on water, decompress and move again.
Small shifts usually land somewhere between week two and week four. Sleep tends to move first, then the deep ache easing off.
The larger changes, less stiffness, a clearer head, energy back in the tank, sit between week six and week twelve for most people.
Being straight with you: the tissue did not dry out in a week and it will not refill in one either. Give it sixty to ninety days.
Because the others were built for a different tissue.
Joint formulas go after cartilage. Anti inflammatories go after inflammation in general. Sleep aids work on your nervous system. Magnesium works on muscle.
None of them were designed for fascia, and none deliver these compounds at these molecular weights in these amounts. That is the whole difference.
This is a dietary supplement, not a medicine. If you take any prescription, blood thinners included, or you are pregnant, nursing, managing a condition or booked in for surgery, speak to your doctor or pharmacist first. Take the ingredient list with you so they can check it against what you already take.
Every ingredient occurs in the body already or in food: hyaluronic acid, silica from bamboo extract, serrapeptase, plus boswellia, gotu kola, pine bark and grape seed extracts, boron and manganese.
Side effects are uncommon and mild, most often a little stomach sensitivity in the first week while your system settles. No drowsiness, nothing habit forming, nothing to come off.
Made in an FDA registered facility in the United States and tested by an outside lab for purity.
If ninety days go by without a meaningful difference, email us and we will refund the order.
Fascia refills slowly, so please give it the full ninety days before you decide. The routine runs on a timeline.
That depends on you.
Some people find that after six months the tissue holds its own water and they stop altogether. Others settle on a lower daily dose. Others come back to the full amount during a hard stretch.
What decides it is whatever was draining the fascia in the first place. Clear that and the body usually keeps up unaided. Leave it in place and the maintenance dose covers the gap. It is not a drug and it is not habit forming, so you can stop whenever you like and watch what happens.
Because until the last few years it barely had a chapter in the textbooks.
For most of medical history fascia was the layer you moved aside to reach something else. It had no specialty of its own and no drug money behind it, since the compounds it needs cannot be patented.
That is changing. Connective tissue research has grown quickly, but most doctors finished training before any of it reached the mainstream, and much of it still sits in rehabilitation journals rather than on a GP's desk.
Every batch is made in an FDA registered, cGMP certified facility in the United States.
Each ingredient arrives with a Certificate of Analysis covering identity, potency and purity, and every finished batch is tested by an independent lab for heavy metals, microbial contamination and label accuracy before it ships.
If you want the paperwork for your own batch, email us with your order number and we will send the Certificate of Analysis straight back. We keep them on file because showing beats telling.
Both. Fascia behaves the same way in every body. It dries out and thickens regardless of sex, and the squeeze that drives stiffness and aching turns up in men and women alike. The formula supports fascial hydration in anyone carrying widespread tightness, limited movement or long running discomfort. Most of our customers happen to be women, but nothing in it is built around that.
Two capsules once a day, morning or evening, with food or without. One pouch covers thirty days at that rate.
Some people prefer two capsules in the morning and two at night. On that pattern a pouch lasts fifteen days, so the 2 Pack carries a full month.
Start on the standard dose. You can move up whenever you want. Steady daily use is what builds the result, because the tissue refills gradually rather than all at once, and drinking enough water and moving a little each day both help it along.

I will keep the credentials short. I am a rheumatologist, twenty two years in practice, and most of my caseload sits in myofascial pain and fibromyalgia. I have also spent the last five of those years with widespread aching and morning stiffness of my own, which is a humbling thing to admit in my field. I started on Fascial Release out of professional curiosity after a colleague raised it with me at a conference in Denver. The way I describe it to patients now is that somebody slowly turned the volume down on a radio that had been playing static in the background of my body for years. I did not appreciate how much low grade tension I was carrying through my hips and shoulders until it began to leave. By the third month my neck rotation was measurably better and I was sleeping through the night, which had not happened in close to a decade. I have since raised it with roughly thirty five of my own patients, mostly women carrying a fibromyalgia diagnosis, and the proportion who come back to me with something to report is better than anything I have seen come out of the drug pipeline in fifteen years. I have no financial relationship with this company. I think the mechanism is sound and the signal in my own clinic is real.

Twelve years with fibromyalgia and I had worked through the whole list. Pregabalin put weight on me and did very little else. Duloxetine gave me sweats so bad I was changing the sheets at three in the morning. Gabapentin took a small edge off and made me feel like I was watching my own life from the next room. I started this last October expecting nothing at all, which I think is the honest position after that many years of being let down. By the middle of December my husband said something that stopped me in the hallway, that I had been laughing more. It looks like a small thing written down, but anyone living with this knows you quietly stop laughing when everything hurts. I am a long way in now. I cannot tell you the last time I had a proper flare. I sleep through, I get up without the twenty minutes of shuffling around the bedroom it used to take me, and the burning across my upper back that used to run all day is down to almost nothing. If you are reading these because you are standing where I was standing, give it a proper few months before you decide. I wish somebody had said that to me.

I started this for the pain and the stiffness, and the thing I noticed first was my head clearing. I had been living with a kind of fog for four years where I would lose the word I was reaching for in the middle of a sentence at work, and I had quietly decided that was just me now at thirty nine. Around week four it started to lift. I sat through a whole meeting and realised afterwards that I had followed all of it without writing everything down to keep hold of it. The physical side has come along as well. The all day burning through my arms and legs is a fraction of what it was, and the tender spots that used to make a hug something I braced for have mostly settled. My own therapist was the one who first said the word fascia to me, in a session that was supposed to be about how I was coping with chronic pain, and that sent me down a very long reading rabbit hole and eventually to here. Three months in. I have told four people and two of them have ordered.

Threw my back out in my mid thirties lifting a kayak onto a roof rack, which was worth it at the time, and it has been an on and off thing ever since. I did the physical therapy. I did the inversion table phase. I did the standing desk era and the expensive chair era. This is the first thing in a decade that has actually softened the chronic tightness rather than distracting me from it for an afternoon. Month two and I can sit through a whole film without shifting every ten minutes, and I sleep the night through instead of waking at two to reposition. One thing worth saying for anyone in the same boat. I take two servings a day rather than one. I started on the standard dose, did not feel much by week four, and moved up, and that is when it turned for me. The two pack covers a month at that rate. I have no idea whether the fascia explanation is the whole picture but something in my lower back is behaving differently and I am not going to argue with it.

I want to be straight about the timeline, because I nearly stopped at week three. Nothing happened for three weeks. I am in my sixth week now and it is working, and I am very glad I did not give up on it. The change came on slowly rather than all at once, which I now understand is how this is meant to go. What I notice most is the stiffness when I first stand up. It used to take a good ten minutes of moving around the kitchen before I felt like I was in my own body, and that has shrunk to almost nothing. The aching across my ribs and upper back is lighter than it was. I am a small person with no weight to lose and nothing obvious on paper, which is partly why so many doctors shrugged at me over the years and told me to manage my stress. I will keep taking it because I think there is more to come. If you are two weeks in and about to give up on it, wait. Give it six.

I came to this after two years of physical therapy that helped for about four hours after each appointment and then wore off. My problem was never one specific injury. It was a band of tightness that ran from the base of my skull across both shoulders and down between the shoulder blades, and every therapist who put hands on me said the same thing, that the tissue felt thick. Not one of them could tell me why. I found the fascia research on a long night of reading and it was the first explanation that matched what I could actually feel under my own hands. Weeks two and three, nothing obvious. Somewhere around week five I reached up into a high cupboard without the little bracing motion I had been doing for years, and I stood there with my hand in the cupboard working out that I had just done it normally. That band is not gone but it is soft now instead of ropey, and I can work a full day at a desk without the headache that used to arrive at four o'clock. I have ordered the three pack twice since. My only regret is the two years and the money I put into treatments that were only ever going to be temporary.

For the better part of a year I was the grandfather who watched. The boys would come running over and pull at my hands wanting me down on the carpet with them, and I would have to say not today, because my feet were numb enough that I did not trust them and the floor felt a very long way down. I am not somebody who talks about his health. My wife found this and ordered it and I took it mostly to end the conversation. About six weeks in I noticed I was moving differently around the house. Less careful. Less braced. Then one Sunday afternoon the youngest sat down on the rug with his cars and I got down there with him without thinking about it first, and we stayed on that floor the better part of an hour, and getting back up afterwards was not the production it would have been in the spring. That is the whole review, really. The stiffness through my hips and lower back has come down a long way and the numbness in my feet is not what it was. Fourth order now.

I have done Pilates three times a week for six years, and about two years ago I hit a wall where my hips simply would not open any further no matter what I did. My instructor kept telling me to be patient with my body. I was patient for two years. I added this to what I was already taking nine weeks ago and it is genuinely the only thing I changed. No new class, no new routine, same teacher, same schedule, same mat. Last Thursday I got into a full pigeon with no block and no modification for the first time since I started, and I had to sit in it for a second because I did not believe it. It is not only the flexibility either. The general stiffness I used to carry through the first hour of every morning has more or less gone, and the deep ache in my glutes after a hard session settles overnight now instead of hanging around for two days. If you already train and you already stretch and you still feel stuck behind something you cannot reach, this is the thing I would try.
06/11/2026
Four stars rather than five, only because it took longer for me than the reviews here had led me to expect, and I think somebody ought to say so. I am sixty six. I gave it eleven weeks before I would have called it anything at all, and the first real change was in my hands, which used to take until mid morning to feel like they belonged to me. Now they are ready when I get up. The stiffness through my knees and lower back has improved as well, maybe by half, which at my age I will take happily. What has not changed is the fatigue. I still need an afternoon sit down and I do not think that part is coming back. So it is not everything for me, but it is a good deal more than the last four things I tried, and I have reordered twice. If you are older than the average person writing these reviews, my advice is to buy the three pack and stop counting the days. It works to its own schedule, not yours.

Nothing I tried touched this until I found Fascial Release. I am in my seventh week and it is working. It is not a switch you flick, it comes on gradually, and I only really saw it when I looked back at where I had been in the first week. The stiffness in the mornings is the clearest difference. I used to dread the first twenty minutes of the day and now I do not think about it at all. The aching down the outside of my legs is quieter and I have gone back to my morning walks, which I gave up two years ago and genuinely thought were finished for me. I am a light framed person with nothing obviously wrong on paper, which is why I spent years being told to manage my stress and get more rest.
